Rhode Island – Onsite purchase only (customer must be physically in tasting room when purchase is made)

South Dakota - 1 gallon for onsite purchase only (customer must purchase no more than 1 gallon of wine while in tasting room)

Texas - 9 gallons (45 bottles) per individual per month, 36 gallons per individual per year, 6.25% sales tax

Washington, DC - 1 case per individual per month

Wisconsin - 12 cases per individual per year, 5% sales tax

Wyoming - 2 cases per household per 12 month period, 12% sales tax

If you do not see your state listed above, that means we can not ship to you.  There are some states we could be shipping to if the demand was great enough, they are: Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia. All other states are prohibited.

See below for a standard rate chart.  As of November 2011, we will begin shipping within CA and major metropolitan cities of AZ and NV via GSO (Golden State Overnight).  These rates may be considerably lower than those on the rate chart below.  Please contact Santa Maria Tasting Room for accurate shipping rates.  If you prefer UPS or FedEx, please refer to the chart below.

Also, customers within CA now have the option of FedEx Home Delivery which has Saturday delivery and Evening delivery options.  These rates will also be different.  Please contact Santa Maria Tasting Room Manager for more accurate pricing.

*As shipping information is updated, we will update the information on this page.  All tax and shipping charges will be added to your order when it is processed in the Tasing Room.  Before processing, all names will be checked to Wine Club database and Wine Club Members will be given appropriate club discount during processing.  If you are not currently a Wine Club member, at any time between placing your order and the time we call to collect payment information, you may decide to join the club, let us know when we contact you so we can collect all needed information and include the club discount with your order.
