How much is each shipment?
There is not a set price for each shipment and each wine club tier includes a different discount. The approximate price may vary depending on which club you choose to join.
4 Bottle Club | Up to $165 | 20% Off (Estate Club)
6 Bottle Club | Up to $235 | 25% Off (Estate Club)
12 Bottle Club | $400+ | 30% Off (Estate Club)
When do I get my first shipment?
You will be taking home your first shipment the day you sign up in order to activate your membership.
What benefits will I receive with my membership?
Discounts on wine purchases, Complimentary tastings with each visit, Complimentary cave tours (may vary depending on the tier you’re joining) and Free tickets & discounts on Cottonwood Events. Plus, Tickets to Cottonwood club member events.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is calculated based on weight and distance. Check out the shipping fees here.
Can I pick up my wines?
At the moment of sign up you will select whether you want your wines to be shipped or pick up at the winery. Please keep in mind that wines are not picked up 30 days after club processing will be shipped to you. Members are responsible for any shipping fees.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
All members are required to fulfill a one-year commitment when joining the wine club. You can cancel anytime, however, if the membership is cancelled before the one year period you will be charged $75.00 cancellation fee.
Can I make changes to my shipment after it has been processed?
Members are free to customize their shipments before it has been processed. We will send out an email two weeks prior processing date with a pre-selected list of wines, changes can be made right then. No changes are allowed once your shipment has been processed.
