A French Burgundian style wine with concentrated aromas of truffles, mushrooms and earthy roots.  Savory in the mid palate with a kiss of smoke and a long-concentrated cranberry and blackberry finish.

The natural cherry and game characters of Pinot Noir pair wonderfully with the sweet and smoky flavors of barbecue, In particular barbecued pork and skewers with bacon wrap will be highlighted by the corresponding flavors in Pinot Noir. This Pinot screams “pair me with lamb!”
