Fermented in oak 8 months on native yeasts with only the anti-oxygen sulfur added. I recommend that to enjoy this initial wine from Cottonwood, you use the 5 step tasting process to allow you the maximum enjoymnet of our wines- do not swirl until 1) smell the great aroma, 2) taste the wine, 3) swirl 3-4 times, 4) smell the aroma and 5) taste. If you like this zin after step 5, decant for your enjoyment.
