Teaser: Bright and Tropical!

Aged 8 months in French and American oak barrels.  This Chardonnay has a beautiful pale yellow-green color, with a nose of papaya and banana. Followed by delightful tropical flavors and a kiss of honey. The PH levels will allow this wine to age for a very long time. 

Chardonnay and a freshly baked banana bread go very well together. The smell and taste of the banana bread mix with that of Chardonnay to create a mouth-watering blend. It makes for a perfect meal on your table on a late evening.
