Teaser: A true Burgundian style Chardonnay!

Aged 18 months in French and American oak barrels.  This light barrel aged Chardonnay intrigues tasters with its complex nose of toasty vanilla, honey and pineapple.  It opens up to pineapple guava fruits and a burst of acidity followed by a nutty pecan finish.  Decant or aerate for maximum flavors. 

Foods to pair with this wine would be Salmon, shrimp, mussels, pork, veal, chicken, and turkey have mild flavors that will allow you to pick up the pineapple and tropical flavors throughout the wine. Sour dishes are also an excellent choice, especially those with pickled ingredients, prominent citrus notes, and vinegar-based sauces.
